Masoud Almasi, MD received his medical degree from The University of Pahlavi. He researched nutrition in Surgical lab at Royal Victoria Hospital McGill University Montreal, Canada. He finished his Pediatric residency at Howard University Hospital, Washington, DC and Columbia University. Dr. Almasi is a Board Certified Pediatrician. He has been practicing pediatrics since 1996 and has been nominated America’s Top Pediatrician from 2006 to present.

Dr. Hanna was born and raised right here in good ol’ Texas!  She went to Duncanville High School and then attended college at the University of North Texas in Denton, where she played soccer for the Eagles while majoring in Biology with a double minor in Chemistry and Spanish.  Dr. Hanna always knew she wanted to help children, thus pursued her dream of becoming a Pediatrician.  She got her medical degree from Texas A&M, then decided to leave the lone star state and attended Children’s Mercy Hospital in Kansas City, Missouri for her residency, where she learned how to drive in the snow!

Nothing could keep her away from her loving parents and older brother, thus she came back to Texas after her residency to work at Cook Children’s ER and Urgent care for many years, helping sick children.  She loved her time there, but wanted to pursue Primary Care, where she genuinely enjoys building relationships with the kids and their parents and having that continuity of care.  This led her to Best Kids Care in 2019 and is loving every minute of it here!

Dr. Hanna is known for her warm heart, full of life, love and compassion.  The love of her life is her son Jameson, who brings so much happiness and joy into their lives.  She really loves being a mommy to this little guy.  They have so much fun just being silly, laughing, and dancing together.  She teaches him her soccer skills, which may be a bit rusty, but with Jameson being athletic, he picked it up in no time!  She also enjoys exercising, great food and traveling.  Having traveled all around the world, her favorite place she has been to so far is Barcelona! Dr. Hanna recently got engaged to a wonderful man and is so happy to come together with him and Jameson as a family and looking forward to the years to come!  She is so thankful to be a part of Best Kids Care and hopes to meet your kiddo one day soon when you bring them to our clinic for their care!!
